Airstrike on Kharkiv: Zelenskyy Calls for International Action

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made significant statements following a Russian airstrike on Kharkiv. Zelenskyy reported that Russian terrorists had once again attacked with guided aerial bombs, tragically hitting a residential building.
The Toll of the Attack
Zelenskyy stated that debris is being cleared and all necessary services are on the scene. So far, 19 people have been wounded and 3 have lost their lives. He extended his condolences to the families of the victims.
Call to the International Community
Zelenskyy emphasized that this Russian terror using guided aerial bombs must and can be stopped. He called for bold decisions from international partners to target and destroy Russian terrorists and combat aircraft at their locations.

Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine has proven it is possible to protect lives from missile terror, particularly by clearing terrorist launchers in border areas. He stressed that the same determination is needed to protect against bombs.

"Russian terrorists have struck Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs again. Unfortunately, a residential building was hit. The debris is being cleared. All necessary services are on the scene. As of now, there are 19 wounded and 3 dead. My condolences to everyone who lost their loved ones.
This Russian terror with guided aerial bombs must and can be stopped. Bold decisions from our partners are needed so that we can destroy Russian terrorists and Russian combat aircraft where they are.
We have already proved that it is possible to protect people’s lives from missile terror, particularly by clearing the border areas of terrorist launchers. Protection against bombs is required as well. We need this determination.
