This regimen consists of two parts.
First part: Universal for everyone. (3 Surah al-Fath and 1 Surah al-Kahf)
Second part:
The Surah al-Fath should be recited as many times as the age of the reader. (Between each set, 100 Salawat can be recited daily, or 10 Surah al-Fath can be recited at once.)
Part 1
(The following regimen is recited at once. Intercessory prayers between two Salawat are accepted. Therefore, Salawat is essential. Upon completion, we dedicate it to all the prophets, saints, scholars, and the souls of our ancestors, asking Allah for healing from our illnesses, for the doors of goodness to open, and for the doors of evil to close.)
100 Salawat 1 Surah al-Fath for genetic, environmental, and spiritual diseases passed from the father 1 Surah al-Fath for genetic, environmental, and spiritual diseases passed from the mother 1 Surah al-Kahf for all genetic, environmental, and spiritual diseases that may have affected us during our time in the womb 1 Surah al-Fath for all genetic, environmental, and spiritual diseases that may affect us after birth 100 Salawat
Part 2
For example, a thirty-year-old person should recite Surah al-Fath thirty times (at least thirty times in total). At least one Surah should be recited for each year. Those who wish may recite five Surahs for each year. If recited in groups (for example, five Surahs in one sitting), 100 Salawat should be recited at the beginning and end. Upon completion, the prayer is done as in Part 1.
